Step 2: Introductory Conversation

Speak with a member of our franchise development team to discuss your goals, background, and interest in business ownership.

Step 3: Explore the Opportunity

Review educational materials, learn about the COOL-BINZ business model, and meet with a franchise development director to discuss the opportunity in greater detail.

Step 4: Review the FDD and Validate

Qualified candidates will receive the current Franchise Disclosure Document in accordance with applicable franchise disclosure requirements before signing any binding agreement or making any payment. Candidates may also have the opportunity to speak with current franchise owners about their experiences.

Step 5: Meet Leadership

Connect with members of the leadership team to discuss expectations, culture, and long-term goals.

Step 6: Meet the Team Day

Qualified candidates may be invited to visit our Ann Arbor headquarters to meet support teams, learn more about the business, and experience the COOL-BINZ culture firsthand.

Step 7: Sign and Launch

Once the franchise agreement is finalized, you will begin onboarding, training, and launch preparation with support from COOL-BINZ and BELFOR Franchise Group.
